- If you select prepaid store pickup, please make sure the recipient's name is identical to the name shown on their identification document. The convenience store will verify the recipient's ID upon pickup. Packages cannot be collected if the names do not match.
- For orders under NT$999, the shipping fee is NT$60. During promotional campaigns, the free-shipping threshold may be adjusted according to the promotion. The actual shipping fee shown at checkout shall apply.
- Orders completed before 17:30 each day are generally delivered to the selected store within approximately 2–3 days. Orders completed after 17:30 will be processed as orders placed on the following day.

Delivery Notes:
- Orders completed before 11:00, Monday through Friday, will be shipped on the same day and may arrive as early as the following day. Actual delivery times are subject to the logistics provider.
- Orders completed after 11:00 on Saturday will be postponed to the following Monday in accordance with the carrier's delivery schedule.
- Black Cat (T-Cat) delivery and pickup services are unavailable in the following areas: Magong City, Penghu County (Hujing Island and Tongpan Island); Wang'an Township; Qimei Township; Baisha Township (Dacang Island, Yuanbei Island, Niaoyu Island, and Jibei Island); Lieyu Township, Kinmen County (Dadan Island and Erdan Island); Wuqiu Township; Lanyu Township, Taitung County; Diaoyutai Islands; Dongsha Islands; and Nansha Islands.
- For outlying islands, requested delivery dates and time slots cannot be guaranteed in the event of uncontrollable circumstances such as weather conditions, sea conditions, holiday ferry suspensions, or scheduled vessel maintenance.
Other Notes:
- Shipping fee per order: NT$130 for Taiwan Main Island / NT$220 for outlying islands. During promotional campaigns, the free-shipping threshold may be adjusted according to the promotion. The actual shipping fee shown at checkout shall apply.
- Since August 28, 2017, Black Cat (T-Cat) does not provide parcel delivery services on Sundays. Orders placed on Sunday may therefore require an additional day for delivery.
- Available delivery time slots: 08:00–13:00 / 13:00–18:00. Evening delivery is not available.
International Delivery

7-ELEVEN Convenience Store Pickup – Prepaid Orders Only
- All international orders must be paid online by credit card.
- In accordance with Taiwan's Business Tax regulations, a Uniform Invoice will not be issued for international orders. An itemized product list will be included in the package for verification.
- All products and final checkout amounts are calculated in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). Exchange rates fluctuate daily, and amounts displayed in other currencies are for reference only. If you have any questions regarding exchange rates or foreign transaction charges, please contact your card-issuing bank.
- Once an order has been confirmed, its contents cannot be modified or canceled.
- Storewide free-shipping promotions do not apply to international customers unless otherwise specified. International shipping fees are subject to the amount calculated by the system.
- As shipping carriers may periodically adjust their shipping fee calculations, the actual shipping fee displayed at checkout shall apply.
- Credit card payments are eligible for direct refunds to the original credit card account. The refund amount will be calculated based on the applicable exchange rate on the refund date. Depending on your credit card issuer's billing cycle, the refund may appear on your current or following billing statement.
- Except for Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Macau, recipient information for all other countries must be entered in English, including the recipient's name and address.
- Please ensure that all recipient information is accurate. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect recipient information or is returned because no one is available to receive it, the customer will be responsible for subsequent handling. The entire order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including typhoons, earthquakes, floods, or other force majeure events, delivery arrangements will be handled according to the circumstances at the time and relevant announcements will be made.
Actual shipping times may be adjusted depending on order volume. Orders may be shipped earlier or later than estimated. Thank you for your understanding.
