Single Return System
FEE BABY Fashion adopts a Single Return System to simplify the process and help you receive the correct items as quickly as possible.
If you wish to exchange an item due to size issues or other reasons, please complete a return first and place a new order separately.
7-Day Inspection Period
According to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day inspection period starting from the day the product is received.
Please note:
The inspection period is not a trial period. It is only for evaluating whether you wish to keep the product.
Returned items must be brand new and in complete condition, including the product itself, accessories, tags (must not be removed), and any free gifts.
For boxed items such as swimwear, shoes, and underwear, the original box is considered part of the product and must be returned intact and properly packaged. Please do not attach shipping labels directly to the original box or damage it.
Items that have been worn, used, stained, damaged, or contaminated with external odors (e.g. perfume, fragrance, body odor) may affect your eligibility for returns and refunds.
Eligible Return Conditions
Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:
Product defects or malfunctions
Damage incurred during shipping
The product does not meet personal expectations (within the inspection period)
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Requests made after the 7-day inspection period
Items showing signs of use, stains, damage, or non-product-related odors
Incomplete or damaged product packaging
Special items such as promotional gifts or customized products (clearly stated on product pages)
Taiwan – Return Process
How to apply: Please contact customer service within the 7-day inspection period to request a return.
Returns are handled via 7-Eleven return service only. Home pickup service is not available.
Please use proper and complete packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
Return shipping fee: One free return shipping is provided per order. Additional returns will require the customer to cover shipping costs.
For bulk purchases, suspected resale, or non-personal consumption orders, FEE BABY reserves the right to determine the applicability of the 7-day inspection period and refund method.
Taiwan – Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected.
Refund timeline: Approximately 14–21 business days after confirmation of item condition.
Refunds will be issued as store credit by default. If you prefer a refund to your personal bank account, please contact customer service separately.
Refunds are processed through Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank. If the provided bank account is from another bank, a NT$15 transfer fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please ensure your bank information is correct. Any issues caused by incorrect information will be the customer’s responsibility.
Important Notes (Taiwan Orders)
If a partial return causes the remaining items to no longer qualify for bundle pricing, the order will be recalculated at the original price, and the difference will be deducted from the refund.
If the remaining order amount no longer qualifies for free gifts or order bonuses, or if the entire order is returned, all gifts must be returned together with the products.
If gifts are not returned, customers will be notified to return them separately or the gift value will be deducted from the refund.
Returned items do not count toward membership or VIP accumulated spending.
International – Return Process
How to apply: Please contact customer service within the 7-day inspection period. After approval, return the items via SF Express to the designated address.
International return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Please retain the shipping receipt until the refund is completed.
Items must be properly packaged to avoid damage.
For defective items, please contact customer service for assistance.
Please ensure the Taiwan return address is complete and accurate. FEE BABY will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
International – Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after returned items are received and inspected.
Refund timeline: Approximately 14–21 business days.
Refunds will be issued via original credit card payment method.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders. Shipping fees are calculated based on system settings.
Completing checkout indicates agreement with shipping fees, customs duties, and logistics handling methods.
Important Notes (International Orders)
If returned items do not meet return requirements or are deemed non-returnable, customer service will contact you and return the package via SF Express (freight collect). The return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
If the customer cannot be reached within the specified time, the package will be held for one month and then discarded without refund.
International return shipping costs to Taiwan must be paid by the customer. Please keep the shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
If the order no longer qualifies for bundle pricing after returns, the refund amount will be recalculated accordingly.
If the remaining order does not qualify for order gifts, or if the entire order is returned, all gifts must be returned together.
If gifts are not returned, customers will be notified to return them separately or the gift value will be deducted from the refund.
Returned item amounts do not count toward VIP accumulation.
